SB1020- which is the Funeral Picketing Act: prevents picketing within 500 feet of an armed service member's funeral. Any person convicted of violating this act is guilty of a misdemeanor subject to a fine of $500 and up to 30 days in the county jail.

SB950- Requires training to be provided for Certified Nurse's Aides who care for Alzheimer's patients

HB1714- Sex Offender- This bill limits the website use of registered sex offenders: allows the court to prohibit persons subject to the Sex Offender Registration Act from accessing or using Internet social networking sites which could give the offender access to children. The measure allows the court to require the offender to register any electronic mail address or Internet identity used by the offender with the court.
